🗺️ Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 – Welcome to Europe, Bratislava, Slovakia
Arrive in Bratislava and settle in, Pick up your Can-Am and Explore one of Europe's most charming capitals during a relaxed walking tour through the historic Old Town. In the evening, we'll get to know each other over dinner before the adventure begins.
Day 2 – Fairytale Slovakia
Our first riding day introduces you to a Slovakia most international visitors never get to see.
We'll leave the major roads behind and head towards Čičmany, a tiny traditional village famous for its extraordinary hand-painted wooden houses.
From there, we continue to one of Slovakia's most impressive landmarks — Bojnice Castle.
🏰 With its towers, romantic architecture and centuries of history, it looks more like something from a Disney movie than a real Central European castle.
But sightseeing is only half of today's story.
Between the stops we'll begin introducing you to the quiet mountain roads and countryside that make Slovakia such an unexpectedly good place to ride.
Day 3 – Villages, Mountains & Hidden Slovakia
Today we head deeper into Slovakia, leaving the main roads behind and following some of our favourite local backroads through mountains, forests, lake and small villages towards the beautiful Orava region.
Along the way, we'll visit Vlkolínec, a remarkably preserved UNESCO World Heritage village where traditional wooden houses offer a glimpse into rural Slovak life from generations ago.
And no proper day in Slovakia would be complete without the food. We'll stop at a traditional Slovak koliba, where you can experience authentic local dishes in a typical mountain-style restaurant.
Later in the day, we'll arrive at our base for the next two nights, surrounded by mountains. No packing the next morning, no changing hotels — just time to settle in, enjoy the views and explore this incredible part of Slovakia.
Day 4 – The Slovakia You Won't Find in a Guidebook
Today is less about famous names and more about experiences.
We'll take you onto some of MartinTheVlogger's favourite local roads — routes developed through years of riding this country rather than following the obvious tourist map - including MartinThevlogger secret road!
We'll head into the mountains, take a lift up for spectacular panoramic views and experience one of Slovakia's traditional attractions in Pieniny National park:
🛶 rafting on traditional wooden boats.
It's a completely different kind of day — riding, mountains, traditions and plenty of local character.
And that's exactly what the Three Kingdoms Tour is about.
Day 5 – Across the Heart of Slovakia
One final day discovering Slovakia before the Alps take over.
Our route crosses spectacular countryside and two national park regions, combining mountain roads, forests and some of our favourite lesser-known routes.
We'll also visit one of Slovakia's historic mining towns — a reminder that these mountains were once home to some of Europe's most important mining communities.
By now you'll probably understand why we don't treat Slovakia simply as the place where the tour starts.
It's one of the destinations.
Day 6 – Into Austria
Today is our transition day into the Austrian Alps, and it's one of the longer riding days of the tour. We'll start around 8:00 AM and expect to reach our hotel at approximately 6:00 PM, with plenty of breaks along the way.
But don't mistake a long day for a boring transfer day.
Once we leave Slovakia behind, much of the route becomes a seemingly endless flow of smooth twists and turns through the Austrian countryside. If you know the famous Tail of the Dragon in the USA, imagine something with a similar rhythm — except here, the fun continues for hours and hours.
We'll ride through small villages, forests and valleys, gradually watching the landscape change as we work our way deeper into the Austrian Alps.
It's a full day in the saddle, but also one of those days where the road itself is the experience.
Welcome to Austria.
Day 7 – Eagle's Nest & The Austrian Alps
History and riding come together today.
We'll visit the famous Kehlsteinhaus — Eagle's Nest, sitting high above Berchtesgaden with extraordinary views across the surrounding Alps.
After experiencing one of Europe's most recognisable WWII landmarks, we'll return to what we came here to do:
Ride.
We'll explore local alpine roads, lakes and backroads before making our way towards our overnight stop near the Grossglockner.
And there's a reason we're staying close.
Tomorrow morning, we attack one of Europe's greatest motorcycle roads.
Day 8 – From Grossglockner to Slovenia
This is one of the big ones.🏔️ Grossglockner High Alpine Road.
We'll climb from green Austrian valleys into a completely different alpine world of switchbacks, waterfalls, exposed mountain roads, glaciers and enormous panoramic views. Its regularly considered one of Europe's greatest driving and motorcycling roads.
And today, you're riding it.
But Grossglockner isn't the end of the day. Its our gateway south.
We'll leave Austria behind and cross into Slovenia, where the scenery changes once again. Towering mountains, crystal-clear alpine lakes, deep valleys and rivers with an almost unbelievable azure-blue colour welcome us into our third country.
We'll finish the day surrounded by the mountains of Slovenia, perfectly positioned for another incredible day of riding.
Two Kingdoms behind us.
Welcome to the third.
Day 9 – Slovenia's Secret Weapon
Mangart & The Soča Valley, If you've never heard of Mangart, that's part of what makes today so special.
This spectacular mountain road climbs high into the Slovenian Alps through tunnels, exposed sections and dramatic rock scenery.
It doesn't have the international fame of Stelvio or Grossglockner. Maybe it should.
From the mountains we'll continue into the incredible Soča Valley, where the colour of the water almost doesn't look real.
We'll ride narrow local roads surrounded by forests and mountains before stopping around Most na Soči, famous for its extraordinary turquoise-blue water. For many guests, Slovenia becomes the biggest surprise of the entire tour.
Today you'll understand why.
Day 10 – From Underground to the Adriatic Sea
Yesterday we were high in the Alps. Today we're going underground — and then all the way to the sea.
First stop is the extraordinary Postojna Cave, where a small underground train carries us deep inside one of Europe's most impressive cave systems.
Then we'll visit Predjama Castle And this isn't another normal European castle 🏰 It's literally built into the mouth of a giant cliff and cave.
But we're still not finished. We'll continue south until the mountains disappear and suddenly... 🌊 The Adriatic Sea.
Our destination is Piran, one of Slovenia's most beautiful coastal towns.
Mountains. Caves. Castles. Sea.
All in one day.
Day 11 – The Last Dance
Time to point the Can-Ams towards home. But we're not simply taking the fastest road back to Bratislava.
Where time and conditions allow, we'll use some of our favourite roads through Slovenia and Austria for one final dose of mountains, curves and beautiful Central European countryside.
Eventually, Bratislava appears again. Eleven days earlier, most of the group arrived as strangers.
Now we return with thousands of kilometres behind us, hundreds of corners, three countries, countless photographs and probably a few stories that won't make it onto the website.
Three Kingdoms. One adventure.
And one hell of a way to experience this part of Europe.
🎯 Why Three Kingdoms?
Some tours are built around one famous destination.
Three Kingdoms is built around variety.
In one journey you'll experience:
Slovakia — castles, UNESCO villages, traditions and roads most foreign riders never discover.
Austria — huge Alpine landscapes, Eagle's Nest and the legendary Grossglockner.
Slovenia — Mangart, emerald rivers, alpine lakes, caves, castles and the Adriatic coast.
One morning you're standing beside a medieval castle. Another you're riding above the clouds. The next you're following an emerald river through Slovenia — and a day later you're having dinner beside the Adriatic Sea.
And between all of it are the roads.
